Aguilar’s Towing’s New Yakima Website by Graceful Web Studio

Aguilar’s Towing is a trusted, family-owned towing service based in Yakima, Washington. After years of dealing with high fees, poor communication, and a lack of control over their online presence through a large chain service (411 Locals), business owner Jesus decided it was time for a change. He was ready to work with someone local; someone who would actually care about his business.
That’s when Juanita, who helps manage business logistics and communications, found Graceful Web Studio through a Google search. She reached out on Jesus’s behalf and asked if we could help build a website that would finally put them in control.

Jesus had been using a website service from 411 Locals, a well-known national provider. While the service promised convenience, it came with hidden fees, limited flexibility, and poor support. Despite paying a premium, they still didn’t have true ownership of their website—or even their domain name.
Juanita reached out after finding Graceful Web Studio on Google. She shared their frustrations and asked if I could help them:
We talked it over on the phone, and soon met up for coffee at Starbucks by WinCo in Yakima to map out the vision in person.
Our in-person meeting set the tone for the project. We talked about how they wanted the site to feel—honest, dependable, and friendly. I walked them through an outline of their new website, including:
They approved the estimate and the project was officially in motion.

During the project, I noticed the Seahawks logo proudly displayed on the side of Jesus’s tow truck. Knowing how much he loved the team, I decided to build a surprise theme into the design—approving a rich Seahawks blue as the base, and then going all-in with custom icons and accents inspired by the team.
Juanita secured a new domain name (since 411 Locals wouldn’t release the old one), and I built the site from the ground up in Webflow, making it both accessible and future-proof. The design featured bold fonts, strong color contrast, local imagery, and optimized SEO tags.
When I presented the first draft of the website to Jesus and Juanita… something happened that had never happened before.
They said: “It’s perfect. Don’t change a thing.”
No revisions. No tweaks. No edits.
They were in love.
Jesus especially appreciated the Seahawks-themed design and said it captured exactly what he wanted—but never expected. Juanita loved how easy the site was to navigate and how polished it made their business look.

We met one last time at the same Starbucks to do the final handoff. I helped them:
They wrote the final check, and we celebrated with big smiles and heartfelt gratitude on both sides.
The client left us a couple of great reviews on Google:
