Welcome to Yakima the Palm Springs of Washington sign

If you're a small to mid-sized business in Yakima, Washington or the surrounding Yakima Valley, and you're looking for a reliable, strategic partner to help you grow your online presence, you're in the right place.

I'm Crystal Scott, Founder of Graceful Web Studio — a Webflow-exclusive design and development studio with a national client base and a strong local heart. After living all up and down the West Coast, including California, Arizona, and Oregon, I chose to raise my three children right here in the Pacific Northwest. I've called Yakima home for over 20 years, and I'd love to serve more local businesses right here in the Valley.

Why I Love the Yakima Valley

From the stunning four seasons to the small-town pace of life, Yakima has it all. My family thrives in the West Valley School District, and we love hiking around White Pass and soaking up everything this beautiful region offers. I met my husband right here in town at the Heights Foursquare Church, and he's lived in the valley for over 40 years.

I studied Information Technology at Yakima Valley Community College and continued my education in Graphic Design and Media Arts at Southern New Hampshire University. I hold the Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) credential and bring over 11 years of front-end development experience and deep Webflow expertise to every project.

Websites That Work — For You

At Graceful Web Studio, every website is built to perform — accessible, search-optimized, and designed to convert. Here's what that looks like in practice:

Yes, your website needs to be accessible. We don't build anything that isn't. Accessibility is a legal standard, a business asset, and a reflection of your values. Graceful Web Studio builds for people first — ensuring your website is inclusive, usable, and legally sound.

Based in Yakima. Remote-First. Flexible Always.

Graceful Web Studio operates remotely and serves clients across the US, but I'm always happy to work with local clients from Yakima, Selah, Naches, West Valley, Moxee, and beyond. If you're in the area, I'd love to schedule an in-person meeting, coffee chat, or Zoom call.

Local Yakima FAQ

Can we meet in person?
Yes. While I work remotely by default, I'm always happy to meet with local clients in person.

How much does a website cost?
Pricing is published on every services page. For Website Design and Development, Monthly Maintenance, SEO, and Accessibility Remediation, you can see full pricing without a sales call.

Do you rebuild WordPress or Squarespace websites?
Yes. We specialize in rebuilding websites in Webflow — secure, flexible, and free of third-party plugin vulnerabilities. See the Website Rebuilds and Platform Takeovers page for details.

What about eCommerce?
We work with small eCommerce setups in Webflow. For larger stores, we recommend BigCommerce or Shopify, but we don't build or maintain those platforms.

Does my website really need to be accessible?
Yes. Accessibility is a legal requirement and a best practice. We follow WCAG 2.2 AA standards and do not build inaccessible websites. Read more on the Accessibility Remediation and Consulting page.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Graceful Web Studio offers special pricing for qualifying nonprofit organizations. Reach out to ask about nonprofit rates.
