We do not build inaccessible websites. Every project is designed and developed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA from the first wireframe, because a site that locks people out is a site that turns away paying customers. What about eCommerce?

We work with small eCommerce setups in Webflow. For larger stores we recommend BigCommerce or Shopify, though we do not build or maintain those platforms.

Does my website really need to be accessible?

Yes. We follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA and do not build inaccessible websites. Beyond conformance, accessible sites are easier to use for everyone, which shows up directly in form completions and calls.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Why we are rooted in the Yakima Valley

I am Crystal Scott, founder of Graceful Web Studio. After living up and down the West Coast, including California, Arizona, and Oregon, I chose to raise my three children here in the Pacific Northwest. Yakima has been home for over 20 years.

My family thrives in the West Valley School District, and we spend our free time hiking around White Pass. I met my husband in town at the Heights Foursquare Church, and he has lived in the Valley for over 40 years.

I studied Information Technology at Yakima Valley Community College and continued in Graphic Design and Media Arts at Southern New Hampshire University. I hold the Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) credential and Certified Webflow Expert status, with 11+ years of front-end development experience behind every project.
